Hello There, OK I Came Back From Out Of Town

Hello there, OK I came back from out of town barely slept. Got 2hrs of sleep drank wine pretty fast threw up and it tasted like peroxide, this happened like 5 times in the same day. Went to an appointment the next day to visit OBGYN and found that I had a UTI. Been off the Med for about a week for the UTI and my urine smells strong like one of an elder person. I sometimes get like what feels like a gas bubble in my left upper back area. Does this sound serious?
