Hello There, So I Am Going Through An Emotion Related

Hello there, so i am going through an emotion related to pornography and it's causing me so much suffering , i assume it might be related to OCD or not.
however my problem is that when i view porn i go through an emotion that is attaching me to particular videos and it is telling me to go watch the video again otherwise the emotion stays there unprocessed and the problem is that i cannot find the video again so i have no idea what i should do about this emotion.
i want to ask a dr about this emotional problem and help me find a way out.
