Hello There,I'm Experiencing Some Severe Pain Inside My Throat For

Hello there,I'm experiencing some severe pain inside my throat for quite a long time now.
Doctors I've visited can not make a clear diagnosis but I'm still facing the pain every single day.
Chewing gums can take the pain away but that will only be for some minutes and also drinking fluids.
I'm experiencing the pain only in my left palatopharyngeal-arch, feeling hot like I have fever but I never do have.What could it be?
