Hello There..i Have Red Itchy Rash Around Ankles And Lower

Hello there..i have red itchy rash around ankles and lower leg...but mostly on the feet...went to a walk in clinic and the doctor there wasnt sure what it was..he prescribed an ointment by the name of Betaderm..i would like to know the name of this ailment..the itching is so uncomfortable...
