Hello This Has Been Going Kn For A Few Weeks

Hello this has been going kn for a few weeks and the issue is that down in my vigina area between the lips i have cuts some what looking like paper cuts. I then get dry skin that peels off sometimes and also i wear little pads on my underwear and those seem to help but its very itchy at time. I goes away but comes back.
