Hello To You Dr.i Am A 60 Year Old Pt.with

Hello to you Dr.i am a 60 year old pt.with spondylo listhesis (L3 over L4),type 2 diabetes,osteo arthritis and with sick sinus syndrome.For each of these diseases i have maintainance medications which i think has interactions.
I am taking lyrica 75 mg E.O.D.,collagen hydrolysate 800 mg O.D.,and B1 B6 B12 O.D. for my arthritis.For my diabetes,i take diamicron 60mg O.D.,metformin O.D.and for my hypertension is Losartan 50mg O.D.+I'm taking Vit.C 500mg O.D
My HBA1C is always at level of 7 % .My FBS is always high,cholesterol is high,ultra HDL high,Low Direct LDL, high Lymphocytes and eosinophils and low monocytes.
My problem is,I've been taking all these medicines for more than 2 years now.Is there any risk to continue taking the same medications for a long time?
