Hello, Today I Got Home From Work I Went To

Hello, today I got home from work I went to pee and when I wiped there was a bit of blood in the tissue (not period just had it 2 weeks ago) and I checked to see if it was from my vagina but it's not. I went to pee later on and same thing. I want to say it's coming from either the outer lips or where we pee from. It doesn't hurt or burn or anything I don't feel any pain. I did have a headache today. And last week I also had a really bad headache I don't know if they're related. Hope to hear from you soon.
