Hello, Today I Woke Up Fine. After About 3 Hours

Hello, today I woke up fine. After about 3 hours I had bad cramps and went to the bathroom and had diarrhea. I ate a bite of banana and threw up bile. Got chills and wemr to sleep woke up with headache. My stomach was the worst. Pain in upper area above the belly button. My diarrea is watery and green with a fishy smell. I am very clean have no pets and always wash my hands. Can you please help me?
