Hello Today My Voice Started Changing And My Voice Cracked

Hello today my voice started changing and my voice cracked and it got deeper but also my throat hurts. And ive read that its propably just a cold because my throat hurts. But when ive actually had colds my voice sounded the same it didnt crack or nothing, and im not sure if im going through puperty or just have a cold.
