Hello, Two Days Ago I Had A Long Cut Under

Hello, two days ago I had a long cut under and on my foreskin due to intercourse and it was bleeding I rinsed it with water and let it heal on its own it's currently healing and as a result of the healing process. The cut have this yellow distinct color on the skin it isn't pus. Then on my frenelum there is this small crater like bump that is yellow and I have another one on the tip of my foreskin as if the cut gave me those two yellow like bumps what could it be. It doesn't hurt to pull my skin and I don't think it's an std. It does itches where the two bumps are and sore when touched
