Hello, Two Days Ago I Started Having Upset Stomach Which

Hello, two days ago I started having upset stomach which was followd by watery diarrhea. Anything i eat or dring i feel upsest after n then fo to the washrooom. An hour ago my diarrhea is red and im feeling weak, my anal is slightly burning.. Please help me .. I am only 19 and this is my firat encounter with such.
