Hello Two Months Back I Was Walking And A Sttreeet

Hello two months back I was walking and a sttreeet dog tried to bite me but he didn't .. No marks and. No blood came a M I safe and today when I ws feeding a puppy he just put a teeth on my finger a dot bloodd came but my whole hand is paining and that leg is also paining where the dog trried to bite. Two months back am I safe please tell me. M going to take vaccinatiions toomorrow
