Hello, We Are Not Sure What Is Happening With Our

Hello, we are not sure what is happening with our son. We thought originally it was just nightmare but now he is crying nonstop. He is three and just starts crying and tells us he can't stop.... Nothing seems to comfort him and he can't tell us what is wrong/??
