Hello, We Have Got A New Born Baby (5days Old)

Hello, we have got a new born baby (5days old) and we are suggested to give the following medicines during discharge from hospital. We are concerned about the no of medicine intake. Can you suggest us if these many medicines for a new born baby?
The details of the baby and medicines are given below:

Weight at birth: 2.7 KGS
Vitamin D3 drop 1 ml drop daily for 1 year
Zincovit drops 3 drops 1-0-1 till further orders
Syp Ossopan D 2.5 ml 1-0-1 for 3 months
Nasoclear Nasal drops SOS for nasal blocks
