Hello, We Treated Water We Get From A Spring With

Hello, we treated water we get from a spring with bleach. It was 0.625 ml in a gallon jug. Tonight my husband may a bottle for our 7 month old Grandson, without tasting water. Two hours later he had a glass and could taste bleach. Will our Grandson be OK anything we need to do.
