Hello, what is the most likely diagnosis for the following symptoms: dry cough for approx 4 weeks. It started with flu like symptoms then finished up with dry cough, no fever, no feeling of illness, some slight tightness in the chest sometimes, some diminished vocal chords meaning voice not as loud as before?
