Hello Yes I Have Some Questions. I Haven't Really Been

Hello yes I have some questions. I haven't really been myself lately along with putting up a smile so people don't worry. My brain just says that they don't need to worry about me I need to worry about them. If I'm even slightly getting letchured or talked to sternly I get teary and can't control it. Along with losing my father figure not to long ago and almost losing my grandfather. I don't really feel motivaion to do anything and I just feel super off. It could probably be nothing but I figured I could ask.
