Hello Yes My Mom Has A Trach And Has Had

Hello yes my mom has a trach and has had for 8 years now for the past 3 months it stays real wet while on vent when we get up in the morning it is so wet it wets the whole split gauze for the trach and also has a bad odor to it it is cleaned daily and inner canuala is also changed every day if you can give me some ideas as to why its doing this I would appericate it thank you very much donna.
