Hello Yes My Name Is Hawa And I Just Wanted

Hello yes my name is Hawa and I just wanted to ask if I should go to the doctor because lately or like few months now my ears have been a pain like I'll be hearing ringing I'll get headaches my ears would become painful feels like something sharp is going through my ear and worst of all sometimes I cant understand what others are saying like if my friends be talking I would think they said something but they didn't, they said something completely different I don't know what's wrong with me sorry for the long parsgraph but thank you also should I go see a doctor or is this not really important.
