Hello, Yesterday I Had A High Blood Pressure Of 207/112.

Hello, yesterday I had a high blood pressure of 207/112. I have noticed being kind of clammy. I equated it to being maybe hot flashes. The Medication I'm taking for blood pressure is lisinopril 29mg- hydrochlorithiazide 25mg. I have also noticed being tired and falling asleep if I'm watching tv or sitting any length of time. Also pain in my right arm.i could be having heart attack and this is about money!! Thanks
