yesterday I noticed my chest getting tight, with a sharp pain on the right side. I have been taking cipro and also using albuterol solfate for sinusitis and bronchitis. I also used bleach to clean my bathroom. This morning the chest pain has gotten worse, and gives me sharp pain when trying to burp or bend over. Any cause for concern?
