Hello, Yesterday I Started Out With What I Thought Was

Hello, yesterday I started out with what I thought was heartburn, then turned into shooting stomach pains, then today I woke up and both of my hips feel like they are being pulled apart, it hurts to sit on my butt , I have a hard time using the bathroom and my stomach is bloated and I feel very tired, been overly tired for a few days. I have a history with stomach pains yet I have found no answers
