Hello, Yesterday Morning I Had Sex And My Partner Came

Hello, yesterday morning I had sex and my partner came inside of me. Immediately after that I took a plan B pill, seeing as I'm not on any type of birth control. Then this morning we had sex again but this time he pulled out before ejaculation. I was just wondering if the plan B pill would have any effect on me if he accidentally came inside of me this morning.
