Hello, Yesterday My Daughter Went To School And She Was

Hello, yesterday my daughter went to school and she was fine and happy no problems nor pains. The teacher called me and said that she was not feeling good and threw up twice clear liquid. She also did liquid diarrhea. I went to school and got her. She was a little flushed but happy. We went to a store because she had to use the restroom. She was feeling sick and threw up 4 times again clear liquid thick, but looked just like water. By the register she threw up again.
We went to grandmas and there I was only giving her Gatorade. However, everything had subsided and she did not throw up or anything again. She was flushed and very tired, but figured it was just from not eating and at that point maybe a little dehydrated. However, today she just had a reddish or garnet or red earth color poop.
