Hello..I Accidentally Poked Myself With The Needle After I Gave

Hello..I accidentally poked myself with the needle after I gave the insulin shot to my boyfriend's 82 years old dad...I am hoping if he made it so long, he doesnt have HIV or Hepatitis...but I honestly am freaking out a bit...should I? Good thing I guess at least he didnt bleed after I gave him the shot...so maybe no blood transfer? ...
