Hello.I Am 19 Year Old Guy.I Recently Had An Appendix

Hello.I am 19 year old guy.I recently had an appendix surgery 2 months ago from now but since that I am becoming weaker and very slim.I also noticed some strange light black spots and line's on my wrists and another day because of smelling something not good I spitted out and saw blood in it.I also do hashish does that have any concerns with it
