Hello,I Am 28 Years Old Without Any Medical History Till

Hello,I am 28 years old without any medical history till now. I feel lumps on both side of my ear just above the ear where ear meets the skull. it is symmetry and present on the both sides. i just noticed it few days before and it is nor increasing or decreasing it is not painful unless u try to press it.

Is it something serious how can i get it treated. ?
