Hello....I Am Experiencing Extreme Pain In My Left Heal Radiating

Hello....I am experiencing extreme pain in my left heal radiating up about 1/3 of my calf. I am not able to put much pressure on it at all and am currently using crutches to get around. I had surgery on this foot 1.5 years ago to correct a fracture in the top of my foot (therefore having the crutches). I do not remembering injuring my foot in any way over the past few days. I have been applying ice and trying to keep it elevated. it is extremely painful.
