Hello.I am having a terrible paranoia that i might be pregnant.I didnt haveintercourse but we were grinding over clothes that were preety wet.Im really worried because my left nipple absolutely looks like its for breastfeeding,and the other one darkened.Could this any way be caused by stress?I took a test that was negative but i didnt check the expiration date.I also have unusual discharge-its milky the whole month.I feel noasia all the time but it could likely be due to this hugr anxiety.What should i do next?Thank you.
