Hello...I Am In An Interesting Position. My Boyfriend And I

Hello...I am in an interesting position. My boyfriend and I are very sexually active. He is also very large in that department and at times it can be quite painful. We were together last Thursday and nothing since cuz my insides are dying. lol
I have had a fever and chills since Friday night. My entire body feels like it has been run over by a train. Now I do understand that my achy, feverish body could be a completely different factor. Just coincidence?
