Hello..I Am Nauseous In The Mornings After Waking. Vomiting Severely

Hello..I am nauseous in the mornings after waking. Vomiting severely but producing only mucous and bile.This releives the pressing immediate symptoms.I have little appetite and have lost 11 kilos in a 2 months. It is extremely unusual for me to lose my appetite. Also dizzy,very weak particularly legs and breathlessness feeling like to black out.This is accompanied by very rapid heart rate and a strong feeling of distress like mybody wants to quit. I have been diagnosed with heart failure 8 years ago and am on the medicinsl regeim for most of that time. I have been to my local doctor who ordered scans of major organs. Please help ,it is several affecting life...thank you Ina
