Hello.....I fell off a ladder roughly 12 feet onto my ankle 10 days ago. Difficult to walk and when i touch above the ball of my foot (on both sides of foot) pretty painful. i got xrays the other day and they said i don't have a fracture or break...but I really can't put any real weight on it, did I damage tendons?
