Hello,I Get Athlets Foot ,the Middle Ties On My Left

Hello,I get athlets foot ,the middle ties on my left toe hurts like hell from throbing pain in it,I didn't bump it or hurt it at all ,no injury ,I looked in between toes and it is yellowish and dry in between and it looks like athelets foot is present ,can athlets foot get inside the toe and infect it,the top (end) of my toe is swollen and it hurts bad to touch it ,no redness yet,what could this be
