Hello!I Had A Vary Bad Experience Today.While I Was Eating

Hello!I had a vary bad experience today.While I was eating a piece of food went down the wrong part.I cought really hard and put my fingers in my throat to make it go out.I maaged to get out the piece of food but blood came out my throat and now I fell a pain in my throat when eating.What should I do?Is this something to worry about?Thank you!
