Hello...I Had An Ultrasound On My Thyroid, And The Results

Hello...I had an Ultrasound on my thyroid, and the results are as follow... The thyroid looks bulky. The right lobe has dimensions of 25 x 55 x 21mm with a volume of 15ml and the left lobe 23 x 53 x 21mm with a volume of 13.7ml . There is a heterogeneous echotexture throughout the thyroid gland which is relatively hypoechoic. Vascularity in the thyroid gland is increased. There is a thickened thyroid isthmus which is about 7mm in width. Appearances are in keeping with a diffuse parenchymal disorder of some sort, most likely Hashimoto's disease.
