Hello...I Have A Swollen Lymph Node Under My Right Ear.

Hello...I have a swollen lymph node under my right ear. It is extremely painful and seems to be getter bigger and bigger. I have no clue what caused it or what will make me feel better without going to a doctor. It began 2 days ago, when I would chew on anything, it felt like I was getting a bad cramp in my jaw.
