Hello,I Have Been Having Major Abdominal Pair For A Few

Hello,I have been having major abdominal pair for a few years now. The Dr.s have run many tests,from x-rays to ct scans ultra sounds.scopes going both down and up. They keep telling me that they can not find a reason for the pain. There are times I can not get out of bed except to use the rest room.Many times can not eat due to it causes the pain to become worse. What should I do next? I have seen Dr"s to see it they think it is all in my head. They tell me they believe I am really having pain,not to give up having it found and treated.
