Hello....I Have Been Married For 3yrs. I Have High Prolactin

Hello....I have been married for 3yrs. I have high prolactin levels. After using tablets my prolactin levels came to 7.98. After that I am using blong f and xinomin tablets. I am supposed to get period but still did not get period(its 3days from due date). From my childhood i get breast pain before period but this time i dont have any pain.my legs,hands are paiming. I have gone through preg test but its negative. What might be problem
