Hello....I Have Been Prescribed 1mg Of Alprazolam And 10mg Of

Hello....I have been prescribed 1mg of alprazolam and 10mg of Diazepam...the alprazolam 2x a day and 1x in evening for Diazepam for almost 2 yrs...I want to go off the medications and unfortunately I cannot ask my doctor he has passed unexpectedly. I consulted with another doctor and he prescribed hydroxyzine 50mg 2x a day to help me do that. I have severe celiac also and am having issuses with that right now as well...I am having severe symptoms of tightness in muscles and tingling all over so I started on low doses again of the alprazolam and diazepam to stop any possible seizures. I am afraid and not sure what to do, I am alone...should I just slowly lower and lower the doses of original meds to avoid permament damage to myself? I have changed insurances so was in the middle of finding a new doctor that is covered by my new insurance...the hydroxyzine doesn't seem to be helping and could be making it worse it feels like to me and I am trying to quit smoking as well so my body is going crazy. Please help and I need some good advice. Thank you
