Hello,I Just Had My D&C For Almost A Month Ago

Hello,I just had my D&C for almost a month ago due to abnormal bleeding .The doctor advised me to take lutenyl for 30 days.after the D&C the bleeding has stopped but one week ago I started to have spottings again and 3days ago my bleeding is more but not that heavy.with pain in my lower right ovary and with all period symptoms.I am in my 26th day of lutenyl tablets.my question is,Is this bleeding normal? Is it my period? If not why I have light bleeding again?what can be the reason of my bleeding again?
