Hello....I Take A Medication Called Hyoscyamine And I Usually Take

Hello....I take a medication called Hyoscyamine and I usually take the ones that you put under your tongue, well I just filled the script today and these are bigger and have 13 on one side and CL on the other and are round and my old rx was tiny round with a line on one side and 10 on the other....are the new ones that are bigger different? I mean do I have to just swallow with water?
