Hello.I Used To Get A Sharp Pain On The Right

Hello.I used to get a sharp pain on the right side of my chest on the top.it disappears and comes back.lately it is more on the left side radiating to my throat or arm.it lasts a few seconds and leaves me with a tingling sensation in the left side of my throat.im overall fine.no fatigue.nothing else.please advise.i need guidance.
