Hello....I Was Googling Side Effects For Gemfibrozil, Which I Have

Hello....I was googling side effects for Gemfibrozil, which I have been taking for a couple of months. I noticed about a month ago that I had a sensation of fluid running to my lower leg/foot on one side, and it would continue frequently for a period of several days, then stopped. In the past three or four days, I notice the same kind of feeling repeatedly occuring in my penal area...something I have never felt before. It feels as if fluid is moving through the inside of that area. When I put my hand there, I cannot feel anything actually moving, but the sensation continues...it is keeping me up at night and quite annoying...no pain, though. Do you know what this could be? It feels like fluid moving, but also could describe it as a spasm in that area....
