Hello....I Was Just Sitting In A Drafty Air Conditioned Area

Hello....I was just sitting in a drafty air conditioned area in my home. Suddenly, I got like sharp, spasmodic pains in my back that radiated into my jaws, but not chest. This has happened before, several times, and always dissipates. Could a draft cause this?
