Hello....I Would Like To Know About Large Anterior Wall Fibroid

Hello....I would like to know about large anterior wall fibroid measuring 6.6 × 4.3cm. ...and I am 22 week pregnant and got contractions.....my obgyn prescribed an injection once a week for one month along with dydrogesterone tablets thrice a day for three months and 10 days rest .....I would like to know if fibroid can cause strong labour like contractions....which I had in every two minutes which stayed for about 20 seconds. ....and also should I take any precaution and can I travel by air after one month for my vacation?
