Hello!...Im 7 months post hysterectomy almost 8 and today I accidentally lifted a heavy plant bucket into the trash.I have been so very careful not to lift anything heavy since my hysterectomy in july .Should I be concerned?.What can be the signs that I injured myself because of this lifting?
