Hello.....I'm A 68 Yr Old Woman....I Suddenly Had Severe Pain

Hello.....I'm a 68 yr old woman....I suddenly had severe pain across the middle of my back. I was talking to mt daughter on the phone when this pain hit me. I could barely speak to her. kind of took my breathe away. my chest did not hurt. We talked about heart attack symptoms...no sweating. but darn, the pain across my back. I got up from the couch....took 2 Tylenol. I'm told to NOT take Advil anymore by my doctor.
It's going away now, but I'm concerned.
