Hello....I've Got This Really Weird Problem... Couple Of Days Ago

Hello....I've Got this really weird problem... Couple of days ago I got hit/slapped on my left ear..Pretty badly.... Now when we blow air closing our nose obviously ears gets blocked...but in my case the right right is getting blocked where are if feel like air coming out of my left ear...I can hear through my left ear though... But I'm not getting any feeling when I close my left ear..and air comes in out when I breath.. I'm pretty much worried now..what could be the problem? Is it a serious one? Do I have to go through any ear operation? Please reply ASAP...Thank you!
