Hello..I've Been Having Fatigue,nausea,and Abdominal Pain With Back Pain Going

Hello..I've been having fatigue,nausea,and abdominal pain with back pain going on a few months.no libi do painful sex(i have copper iud)...I've been researching my symptoms and keep finding endometriosis,hyper thyroid,gallstones and not eating properly as some possible factor s...n I just found out that my mother has these and can be hereditery..I also have all symptos of copper toxicity...All these share similarity I don't want to see doctor yet...pancreatitis is a fear too....what else can it be
