Hello..I've Been On Jadelle For 3 Years Now And My

Hello..I've been on Jadelle for 3 years now and my periods are currently after three months and laSt a period of 9-11 days. Of late it goes to almost 21 days of bleeding and I Go through four pads a day (not full always). Was started on primolut 2 times a day for three days and the periods would stop then be triggered by sex. My dose was increased to three times a day for 7 days and I took for 5 days. My periods have stopped but I am highly irritable..,have low moods, lower back pain and really gassy aso well as a creamyoung vaginal discharge .
Is this normal and what is the cause?
